Common questions
How do I cancel Run Premium?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Run and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use Restore on the Run Premium screen in the app, signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If Premium doesn’t come back, write to us with the receipt from Apple.
My runs from Apple Watch or other apps don’t show up
Open Run, go to Settings and tap Resync Workouts. Check that Run can read workouts in the Health app: Health → your profile → Apps → Run.
GPS distance looks wrong
Start the run outdoors, wait a few seconds for a GPS signal, and set Location for Run to “While Using” with Precise Location on. In tunnels and between tall buildings Run uses your steps to fill the gaps.
I got a new iPhone. Where are my runs and plan?
Sign in to the same iCloud account and open Run: your runs and shoes sync from iCloud, and Run offers to resume your plan.
